With PA, we need to pay attention to our rituals. When I'm acting out, it usually doesn't just happen. I'll set myself up for it. It could be something like cruising the streets at night, withdrawing cash at the ATM, or going to places where I can check out or flirt with women.

The dangerous thing about rituals is that they always follow their course. So not only do I have to watch my inner circle behaviors, I need to stop the rituals in their tracks; before they lead to full blown acting out. Thus, it's important to pay attention to my middle circle as well.

The "Narrow Door" Challenge helps to establish healthy rituals in my life. The fact is I'm going to practice some rituals anyway. The real question is whether these rituals are healthy or unhealthy.
